Detailed description

The chalet, originally designed and built in 1960, retains the charm and character of all the chalets built during the early days of Meribel, and is actually located on the original plot set aside for development right at the creation of the resort. Access to and from the slopes through the neighbouring properties is actually written into the planning regulations for this part of the resort allowing the chalet ski in ski out comfort, a rarity in the Meribel.

Access to the chalet is on the ground floor level with ski room and cloakroom. Most of the sleeping areas are on this level and one of the bedrooms has its own private terrace. There is also access to the lower ground floor laundry room and boiler room from this level. 

Five of the bedrooms are located along a corridor traversing the entire chalet and leading to a staircase down to the sixth bedroom, steam room, massage area and an outdoor spa pool. 

On the top floor is a vast, bright, open plan living area with separate professional kitchen and access to a mezzanine. A spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for outdoor living and entertaining is accessible from the living area.
